Graham County Electric Cooperative (GCEC) received a number of books from partner electric cooperative via Dolly Pardon's Imagination Library. While there is a current Imagination Library program available in our area, GCEC management and staff decided these ten books would be better served in the Pima Public Library. The program provides gifting books to children from birth to age five, no matter the family's income level.
